Can I send screenshots or files in a ticket? How do I do that?
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. When opening or replying to a ticket, there is an “Attach file/image” option. Click it, select the file (PNG, JPEG, PDF, ZIP, etc.), and submit.
Limit per ticket: up to 3 attachments; each attachment can be up to 5 MB. If you need to send multiple or larger files, compress them into a ZIP to make it easier.
